Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
What if my order gets lost or arrives broken?
If you're order arrives broke, or is lost send us an email with the image and we will refund or send a replacement. For lost orders we first need to inquire with the shipping company.

These canisters are awesome but they are very very small - too small to be for tea and coffee

Very beautiful jars and exactly as described. One jar lid was unfortunately broken in the package, but the seller sent immediately a new one and this came in good shape. Very nice customer service and good quality items. Totally recommend. Thanks a lot!

We weren't sure how the lights were going to be, but they turn out to be great! They were larger than what I imagined and easy to install. Overall, we were satisfied! a bit of wait for the shipping, but I guess coming from overseas, it makes sense.
