Shipping policy

Processing: 4–7 days before dispatch.

Delivery. We ship from China. Two options apply automatically depending on the item:

• Standard Shipping — €6.50 · 8–15 days. Most items.
• Heavy Shipping — €12.00 · 20–35 days. Large or heavy items such as furniture and stools.

Including processing, expect roughly 12–22 days for standard items and 24–42 days for large or heavy items.

Free shipping from US$80 for USD orders to USD destinations, or €80 for EUR orders. For other currencies, the €80 threshold is converted at checkout. Select the free shipping option when available. The qualifying amount is the order subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes.

Cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled once 4 days have passed. Personalised items generally cannot be cancelled after 48 hours.
