InnerUnionHome offers physical products for home and lifestyle use, which may be shipped directly from suppliers and manufacturers, including those located in China and other countries.

We act as the retailer of these products, managing the sale and customer service, while certain logistics and fulfillment steps are handled by partner suppliers.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed directly through our Shopify platform.

• Custom-made or personalized products: may take 30–40 business days depending on production and shipping.

Please note that these are estimated times. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or supplier logistics beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

InnerUnionHome is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return or refund in accordance with EU and international consumer protection standards.

a. Return eligibility

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Some products (personalized, intimate, or hygiene-related items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
